We didn't come from a franchise or a head office. We started from scratch, in Auckland, with a waterblaster and a lot of belief.
Crown Property Wash started the way most good Kiwi businesses do — with a solid idea, a bit of grit, and no guarantee it would work. Jayden started the business a few years back, bought a waterblaster from Mitre10, and went door to door in the local neighbourhood asking if anyone needed their property cleaned. Some doors opened, some didn't. He kept knocking.
From those first jobs, the business grew. The crew expanded. The equipment got better — proper soft wash setups, gutter vacuums, the full kit. Word of mouth spread, and suddenly Crown Property Wash wasn't just a weekend side hustle. It was a real operation, serving properties right across Greater Auckland.
Today we've cleaned over 1,000 Auckland properties, built a team that actually cares about the work, and earned a 5-star Google rating from real customers. We're not the biggest exterior cleaning company in Auckland yet — but one day that's exactly what we're aiming for. For now, we just focus on being the best.
Crown Property Wash is 100% Kiwi-owned and operated. Every job we take on, we treat like it's our own home. That's not a line — it's just how we were raised to do things.
